Program description
Ayoniqe LLC ("Ayoniqe," "we," "us") operates a text messaging program that sends SMS messages related to customer care and service coordination. Message types include: responses to calls we were unable to answer (missed-call text-back), replies to inquiries you send us, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups related to a service you requested or an inquiry you made.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from Ayoniqe in one of the following ways:
- By website form. When you enter your phone number in the contact form on ayoniqe.com and check the optional, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive non-marketing text messages from AYONIQE LLC. The form states the type of messages, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out (reply STOP) or get help (reply HELP), and it links to our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms.
- By phone. When you call a business phone number operated by Ayoniqe LLC and the call is not answered, our system automatically sends you one SMS reply from that same number, letting you know your call was missed. By calling that number, you consent to receive this one automated message. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- By texting us first. When you initiate a text message conversation with our business number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from Ayoniqe.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages only in connection with a call, inquiry, or appointment.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Ayoniqe does not charge for text messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that number. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through any of the methods above.

Privacy
Your phone number and messaging opt-in status are used solely to operate this messaging program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported carriers
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
